You will have ample time to work through the exciting functionality of this SEO-boosting tool.

    Morning session two

SEO & Digital Marketing – What Marketing Strategies Help Small Businesses Most?

There are many ways to promote your business online – so where should you start? During this session you will explore Google’s FREE keyword forecasting tool to discover how people are likely to search for your specific product, business, or service and how often those searches happen. You will leave understanding what type of marketing strategies you can use to target these searchers, and you’ll learn tips & tricks to help you get digital marketing wins without breaking the bank.

    afternoon session one

A Facebook Page vs. A Website for Your Business – Which is Best?

Some businesses can get away with just having a Facebook page and no website at all, but how do you know if you are one of those businesses? And if you do need a website, how do you know what your website should have on it and where? During this session, you will find out exactly what platform you need for your business, and you’ll get input from your instructor and class participants about what they would be looking for from your business’s online profiles. Since having a Facebook page never hurts a business, you’ll set up your business page (if you don’t have one already) and configure business-specific customizations that can help you get the most out of the platform.

    afternoon session two

Automating Everyday Tasks & Improving Customer Loyalty

If you are like most small business owners, you know all of the things you should be doing to improve customer loyalty and your business’ workflow but you either lack the technical ability to setup automations or the time to do the actual tasks without those automations. This session was made for you. In this interactive session, you’ll learn how to use one of the most powerful business tools a small business owner can have: Zapier. From automatically responding to emails and calendar events to segmenting your customers and automating follow-ups, this hands-on session is aimed at helping you cut the time spent on menial tasks so you can put more of your energy into improving your product and growing your business.
